We have been living in Hong Kong since 1997 and are passionate about travel, food, fitness and dancing. We have been providing our guests memorable stays at our apartment since 2012.

THE SPACE
The Apartment:
The interior of the apartment offers a simple but modern and very comfortable look and feel. The apartment features hardwood floors, a kitchen with views over Victoria Park, the largest park on the island. The master room contains a super king size Louis Phillipe style bed with Simmons mattress, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with sliding tinted glass doors. The master bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with power shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with Tempur memory foam mattress and Louis Phillipe style wardrobe. The apartment also has a second 'guest bathroom'. Both bedrooms have harbour and city views.
Unlike the majority of apartments and even hotels in Hong Kong where you look out the window to see other buildings almost within arms reach, the apartment has an unobstructed 180+ degree view of the harbour, park city & mountain skyline. On good days Lantau Island is clearly visible through the harbour channel and if you watch closely you can see the fireworks light up in Disneyland each night. If you are lucky enough to book the apartment on New Years Eve, 1st July, 1st Oct or during Chinese New Year, you will have a spectacular view of the harbour fireworks display. The building light shows every evening on the harbourside buildings are also clearly visible.

The building:
The building is relatively old for Hong Kong standard, built in 1955. There is a 7x24 security and access to the building is by way of a passcode. The building is accessible from ground level with no steps leading up to the building. It has 2 new elevators. It is occupied predominantly by elderly local Hong Kong Chinese families and is a peaceful place. There are two stairwells/fire exits and fire alarm bells and hoses on each floor. Communal trash bins are located on the stairwells.
Safety & Security:
We take the safety of our guests very seriously. We have fitted smoke detectors in all rooms and have the latest Samsung smartlock with simple but very secure access codes. The door can be double locked from the inside too.
The entrance to the building is monitored by a security guard 7 x 24. CCTV is also fitted to the ground floor building entrance, lobby and lifts.
There is a fire hydrant located in the apartments kitchen next to the trash bin and building fire alarm and hose immediately outside the front door of the apartment.
There is a first aid kit in the ensuite bathroom cabinet below the sink.
GUEST ACCESS
The apartment comes as a whole, access to all rooms. There are no personal belongings of us there. The whole apartment is entirely yours during your stay. The view is simply stunning. We are confident you will love the space.

We live very close by and either my housekeeper or I can be contacted and available within minutes.

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW
Location:
Very conveniently located in an increasingly popular but local neighborhood with easy access to Causeway Bay, the busiest shopping area on HK island that is within 10mins stroll through the beautiful Victoria park . Direct access to the harbour front takes you past the famous Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter, Noon Day Gun and Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club where the rich and famous moor their luxury yachts and powerboats.
Causeway Bay and the local Tin Hau neighbourhood are one of the most famous areas in Hong Kong for locals and travelers to shop or simply have a bite to eat at one of the multitude of restaurants offering both international and local cuisine. We are happy and excited to provide you with tips of where to eat drink and shop!
For all culture/sports lovers out there, original Tai Chi lessons are held in Victoria Park every morning together with an indoor FINA standard swimming pool open from 6:30am-10pm daily. The pool was opened September 2013. There are also tennis courts, football and basketball pitches, table tennis, volleyball, handball courts and a rollerblade rink.
