General information
開璽，起源於雲林北港的喜餅老店「長益食品行」，施掌門開發出「狀元餅」並把辛苦經營的成果交給胞弟，於1993年成立「開喜食品行」，將家鄉的口味與感動帶到了新故鄉板橋，漸漸打響了名號。為了彰顯品牌，於2016年「開喜食品行」更名為開璽，而餅的溫度依舊在。
