天和賣的不是魚 是你的健康人生
現代食材中大量運用荷爾蒙、抗生素、保鮮劑、香精、色素等，讓人愈了解愈不敢吃；天和鮮物不只要供給最健康的海鮮，也不能忘了提供最天然的肉類及有機蔬果。與哈佛大學醫學研究中心產學合作，在康景軒教授建議下，利用魚廢料轉化為生物鏈，製成雞豬及蔬果的飼料及有機肥料，開始供應全方位的健康食材。
這幾年陸續成立「天和鮮物．海島食堂」旗艦店及天和鮮物各門市，販售天和自產的水產、畜牧肉品、有機無毒蔬果及健康環保商品，同時設有天和烘焙、有氧蔬果吧、原湯涮涮鍋與海島食堂餐廳，並獲台灣經濟部頒發「創意生活事業」認證。
讓來店的民眾能直接享用以天和食材做成的料理及飲品，並教導消費者怎樣吃的健康，建立「從產地到餐桌」農畜水產食材一條龍的經營模式。從生產、加工、零售、及服務全程包辦，為了就是要維護最安心的品質，信守當年在病床上對自己的承諾。
