位於新烏路五公里處的屈尺里，南勢溪自燕子湖婉蜒而下經濛濛谷流向直潭壩。此間水面寬闊平緩，水鳥雜沓冠鳩盤桓。本別墅即坐落於谷地上方，主體興建於1983年，園區內擁有豐富原始的自然生態，及四百坪翠綠大草地供莊園夢幻精品婚禮證婚、草地盛宴及一泊二食住宿與各式商展活動。於此同時遠眺秀麗山川層巒聳翠，煙波浩嬝，青山綠水如畫，伴隨園區建築面樑雕棟，花木姚黃魏紫，煞是好看。丟下所有的疲憊煩憂，看天，賞雲，窮日落月，美景如夢似幻，在這美不勝收的蒼蒼天地中，創造屬於自己流轉時光裏，生命中獨特而美麗的點綴！而幸福就在這流年的風景中，從未曾遠離~
