1.協助身體及心理有障礙者接受社會福利。
2.保護身體及心理有障礙者原有的福利及措施。

8.辦理各式社會服務暨福利促進有關之人才培育發展與研究創新工作。
9.辦理各式社會救助事項。
10.協助宣廣執行政府政策及接受委託辦理相關專案計劃。
11.其他經主管機關核定得辦理之福利事項。
12.其它符合本會宗旨之有關事項。
