潘師傅做糕餅已有四十年經驗，過去沙其馬都是用鴨蛋，潘師傅就是「雞蛋沙其馬」的開山鼻祖，多年前還曾在「南濱公園」接受知名新聞節目邀請專訪。2010年將手藝傳承至侄輩，經三年研發與努力，終於成功開發出最美味的一口吃沙琪瑪！
