「一村香草屋」是由花蓮縣鳳林鎮熱愛家鄉與香草的產銷班陳班長所開設的。 一村香草屋擁有約三公頃的薰衣草花田和多種花卉香草植物園區，是台灣東部最大的香草花園農場，農場內遍植香草植物，走進園區，映入眼簾是一望無際的廣大香草花田，尤其數公頃的薰衣草花田，是產銷班歷經三年的實驗才培育成功的，不僅帶來收成更為鳳林鎮營造出浪漫的田園景觀。 這裡植栽香草的多樣性也是一大特色，目前除了種植薰衣草外，現在農地裡還可以看見迷迭香、百里香、檸檬香茅、鼠尾草、玫瑰天竺葵、馬郁蘭、芸香、洋甘菊、檸檬馬鞭草、茶樹、香蜂草、萬壽菊等。 這裡1-6月是薰衣草花季，只要到薰衣草花季來到這裡，滿園的薰衣草宛如進入到深紫色大海中，加上2-6月鼠尾草、1
