宜蘭中藥行-祥德蔘藥行的起源最初是叔公的「乾元中藥房」，在宜蘭醫院附近經營十幾年後，再交棒給父親陳祈祥，而後便改名為「松茂藥房」，由於父親待人親切、態度和譪，客群與日俱增，在中藥材的零售外，亦擴大規模，經營批發藥材事業蒸蒸日上。
「祥德蔘藥行」第三代陳壁煌通過中醫師檢定考試及格、第四代陳楷樺南京中醫大學中醫科畢業，祥德秉持著童叟無欺、專業誠信的經營理念，永遠傳承下去，讓預防醫學養生觀念成為一種信念，造福更多民眾。
