宜蘭縣礁溪鄉金棗文化協會，成立於97年11月10日，協會會員大多是礁溪鄉農會林美金棗共同經營班班員。該班成立後不久，在各級農政單位輔導之下，於民國 84 年募股集資設立林美金棗加工處理中心及金棗文化館，成為一個將金棗業產、製、儲、銷及知識研習集於一堂的好地方。
