願景代表理想，願景凝聚共識，有願景才有方向，也才能凝聚力量。本校自八十八學年度九年一貫課程試辦之初，即由全體教師與家長代表討論，共同訂定本校願景與目標， 並經課程發展委員會議決。藉由這些年實際運作及適時修正。本校訂定的願景為如下三點「變革實驗的典範型學校、優質創新的現代化教師、宏觀卓越的新時代國民」。而如要更加簡潔聚焦，更可用「變革、優質、宏觀；實驗、創新、卓越」這樣的理想來自我期勉，並凝聚共識共同努力。 而學校願景的實踐，本校是透過總體課程架構之推動、實施、參與、轉化、省思與調整，以達成學校教育目標。
