公司創立於民國73年，那是個台灣中小企業開始起飛的年代，當年外食人口增加，卻因衛生問題導致B型肝炎流行，政府政策推廣使用衛生一次性餐具而在台中大里成立『嘉雲商行』。初期以保麗龍、免洗餐具為主要業務，對抑制當時逐漸蔓延的 B型肝炎略盡棉薄之力，其後隨著環保減碳與食品容器安全的概念下，近幾年我們也由保麗龍材質逐步轉為PP材質、紙製材質、PLA材質等免洗餐具，逐漸成為全方位的餐飲食材總匯，並將銷售產品品項提升為1000多種...
