豐原名產、烘焙坊「江大房餅行」民國73年創立，六十多年的傳承技藝、二十多年的烘焙品牌， 致力保留精緻手工傳統糕餅的生產，更以「健康調理，美味創新」之原則，不斷地研發潮流商品，來突顯獨特性。融合傳統的本味、加上新時代的創新與養生品味，再創出許多具代表的餅藝西點。幾樣烘焙名點，像是招牌鹹蛋糕，店裡的人氣名點，嚴選上等的配料、醬料，新一代比例手工內餡，入口即化的蛋糕層，加上上等香菇、脆筍、油蔥與獨特醬料的結合，綿密口感裡有著迷人的餡料，特色糕點以外還有多樣人氣名點，來到這裡、在江大房備受肯定與不斷用心之下，三十年老店的創意名點，則是送禮自用的好伴手。
台灣第一椪綠豆椪比賽中，
江大房餅行綠豆椪榮獲“金牌獎”；
民國九十七年糕餅節，榮獲“糕餅業楷模”；
