"研豆咖啡坊"前身為逢甲大學商圈裡一家咖啡吧，店名「Forever」，由張小姐於2005年創立，當時手工咖啡尚未推廣，張小姐就提供虹吸式(塞風Syphon)的手工單品咖啡，經營過程鑒於咖啡豆喜愛及品質，決定朝向自家烘培邁進，一邊經營咖啡吧一邊學習咖啡豆烘培，直至2012年在沙鹿現址創立"研豆咖啡坊"，起初以自家烘培咖啡豆之咖啡廳模式經營，逐步走向咖啡原物料供應商，並於2013年重新裝潢成咖啡原物料供應之門市，專營咖啡豆、咖啡機及咖啡週邊商品迄今。
