台灣創始老店黑竹園滷味雞腳凍，店老板曾炫樺當年於服兵役期間，由廣東籍資深士官傳授給他製作滷味雞腳凍的秘方，由於該士官的其祖 父為清宮御膳房御廚，而其製作的雞腳凍又獨得皇帝喜愛，故該士官便將這獨門滷味秘方留下。而經由該士官的傳授，再加上曾老闆不斷的研究改良配方，製作出口味獨特各地競相模仿的滷味雞腳凍美食。
