本公司成立於1964年，民國64年正式於彰化縣大村鄉設廠製造，通過經濟部標準檢驗局合格製造廠許可執照標度04200號，當時生產以傳統地磅、傳統台秤、指針秤、案秤…等傳統磅秤；由於科技日新月異不斷求精求準符合潮流與趨勢，因而將傳統與科技結合一起研發出新ㄧ代電子地磅及各式電子磅秤、電子自動計量系統和接受各式客製化秤重系統規劃設計，本公司熟知磅秤在工業所具有舉足輕重之地位，所以以服務為第一優先，讓客戶不會因為秤重設備故障而生產停頓，損失買賣。
