在2006年的時候由一個熱血的青年成立於台灣墾丁，初創時期是由一般夜市攤販的經營方式與大眾接觸，並成功創立品牌口碑。
旗下成立的商品品牌同時有: 一 YIMA台灣自創品牌二 X-ZONE馬來西亞獨創品牌
當兩個品牌獨佔趨勢時，YIMA正式走入了百貨零售的行業，
由本身就是擺攤起家的老闆，秉持著對販賣銷售十幾年的經驗相當
了解的熟悉市場趨勢的走向，所以YIMA品牌逐漸被一般大眾所喜
愛。
2007年後，開始嘗試用各種不同的皮革及特殊材質製作，把傳
統及現代的設計融為一體，製作高品質、高創意及多用途的產品，
並堅守自創品牌的信念；沒有廣泛的宣傳，靠的只是口耳相傳，直
到現在YIMA已經是個大家都熟悉的品牌。
