General information
Morikoohii其實是日文的Mori（森林）加上Koohii（咖啡）。提到嘉義，人們總是想到阿里山，想到阿里山就聯想到檜木集散地。而現在，在阿里山的山腳下，有一整個全檜木打造的日式建築聚落。由日治時期林務局的員工宿舍改建而成，森咖啡就在這樣的日式氛圍下誕生。
在森咖啡暈黃的燈光下，凸顯木造建築的溫暖，午後時分，陽光灑落在窗外的日式庭園，悠閒地點一杯手沖阿里山咖啡，或是招牌「白冰鑽」，體驗一杯入魂的道地日式懷舊氛圍。（程晏鈴）
