General information
一位不喜讀書從小叛逆，讓家人頭痛，不得已被送上山學製茶 ，在山林茶園間找到自我，自此游藝於中南部各高低海拔茶區。除練就一身製茶技藝之外，並認了各山區六位老茶師為義父，成為少數精通各茶區製茶技術之製茶師─「阿峯師」。
十年前與一位嗜茶者因老茶結緣，嗜茶者只因老茶好喝，莫名究理的喝了只知名為「老茶」的茶三年。後因茶成為莫逆，漸漸了解所喝的老茶為鐵觀音老茶。至此已有將老茶做更進一步了解的想法。
104年間，各種食安風暴接踵而至，坊間茶飲亦中矢，二人興起把茶這種有益健康的好東西研發成更方便、更年輕化的生活飲品，於是成立「昇峯茶品實業社」。歷經半年的研發測試，攜帶方便、冷熱皆宜、隨沖隨喝，媲美日本抹茶，道地台灣味的紅、綠茶粉誕生了。
