椿之味薏仁湯-健康、輕食、低熱量 - 民國40年出生於台南安定鄉務農家庭的王椿, 在一家七口中排行老四。當時的農業家庭,生活並不富裕, 三餐頂多白米番薯, 並沒有所謂的甜點或下午茶。僅有的記憶中,老母親金花偶而會將親戚所贈送的薏仁, 熬煮成薏仁粥, 這就是王椿兒時的幸福美味甜點。 王椿傳承老母親煮薏仁粥的好手藝,也讓王椿在小學時,就要擔負起熬煮薏仁粥給家中弟妹當下課後甜點的重任。 轉眼間王椿也嫁為人婦,並辛苦將三位兒女扶育成人,在民國80年,望著老母親嘴裡吃著自己所熬煮薏仁粥,那種幸福滿足模樣最新訊息
