由光陽工業所代理的川崎重車在南台灣的第一個經銷捷點，於92年09月07日開幕，原本就是光陽機車經銷商的『尚昌車業』從創業至今已經50幾個年頭，在台南市可說是十分老牌的店家，如今因應台灣重型機開放進口，尚昌車業也決定著時代的腳步，積極爭取川崎重車經銷權，成立重型機車部門，以擴大其經營服務的層面。對於南部重型機車的消費者而言，則是就近有一個可以取得KAWASAKI及SUZUKI~KYMCO以及各式重車資訊的好地方。
