我們在座落於西嶼鄉的寧靜小漁村-赤馬村, 老闆有學做花枝丸五年以上的經驗. 因為堅持使用在地食材, 因此創立了<緝馬灣海產行>. 製作花枝丸, 從剝皮到製作成產品程序複雜, 秉持著要給客人最天然最新鮮最道地的味道. 全程手工處理, 整枝花枝從頭到腳從裡到外都不浪費，每個部分都是美味的食材，絕不添加進口花枝和味精來增加口感。
