衡山基金會於全台各地積極運作「衡山行善團」的成立，協助身心障礙家庭居家修繕，幫助弱勢族群走出生活困境，擁有安全舒適的避風港；並推動由衡山診所的愛心醫療團隊進行偏鄉義診，協助偏遠地區民眾的健康醫療照護，讓偏鄉醫療資源更加完善；此外亦設立獎助學金，獎勵優秀低收入戶、身心障礙等弱勢學生奮學向上，協助優秀之清寒學生減輕家庭經濟負擔，使其得以順利完成學業。
