General information
位於后里的舊泰安車站，系在西部縱貫線舊山線於1998年9月24日停駛後，臺中市政府(原臺中市政府)將這裡定為縣定古蹟，並做為鐵道文化園區，在停駛後，反而多了人潮，成了新的旅遊景點；月台上二棚的柱子皆用二十世紀初期出產的鐵軌製成，在停駛後，舊泰安車站也結束了從1908年起，近90年的服役工作。
