陳師傅傳承著總舖師媽媽的手藝而有一身精湛廚藝，直到遇到現在的妻子徹底改變了他對烹調的觀念。因為妻子的健康狀況比較差，所以在日常飲食上需要特別的在意，食材選擇與烹調必需天然、健康、不可添加一堆人體無法代謝的添加物，並要兼顧美味。深情的陳師傅常為妻子做出許多的健康美食，有時會多做一些分送給親友及鄰居一起享用。大家吃過都讚不絕口，紛紛的勸陳師傅創業多做一些天然、健康、美味的食品讓更多的人能夠分享。
陳師傅認為現在人癌症愈來愈多的根源皆來自於飲食，食品製作是一種良心事業。所以宏嘉食品行的產品均是使用最天然與健康的食材與概念來製作，全部食品都是嚴選的天然食材，絕不添加人工香料及防腐劑。希望為喜愛天然、健康的大家提供更多的美食。
